Dopo anni di piedi ghiacciati che camminano nell'umidissimo inverno veneziano, ho finalmente trovato i calzettoni perfetti. Ossia morbidi, caldi, che non pungono e dai colori naturali. Tutte queste virtù appartengono alla lana di alpaca con cui sono fatti. Era da un pezzo che volevo perovare questa lana e ieri, per caso, vicino al mercato di Rialro ho trovato una gentile signora che vendeva questi calzettoni.
L'alpaca è una bestia meravigliosa, affettuosa e facile da allevare. Inoltre l'avemento è ecologico e non danneggia l'ambiente.
Adesso mi piacerebbe trovare un maglione caldo e avvolgente. Qualcuno conosce un negozio on line dove trovarli?

After years of ice-cold feet walking in the damp winter of Venice,  I've finally found the perfect knee socks: they are extremely warm and soft, they have natural colors and they don't prickle. All these qualities belong to the alpaca's wool with which they are made. It was a long time by then that I'd like to try some alpaca's clothes and yesterday, just walking aroud the city,  in the market  near Rialto I've found a lady selling these nice and warm socks. 
Alpacas are so sweet and beautiful creatures and they say they are also affectionate and not so difficult to rear. Further more the alpaca's beeding is ecological and doesn't spoil the enviroment.
Now I'd like to find a soft and snug  sweater. Is there somebody knowing an on line store where to find them?
